As we go through life, often we learn that we need to hide-- to silence our true selves or obscure our real feelings. Eventually we can start to lose track of ourselves internally, repeating emotional and behavioral patterns that don’t serve us or align with our values.

I believe that through a therapeutic relationship we can nurture these parts of ourselves that have been wounded and reclaim a clearer sense of self. While this work begins in our sessions, over time it permeates the rest of your life, deepening both your relationships with others and with yourself.

My Approach

As a psychodynamic and Relational therapist, I am especially attuned to the roots and patterns underlying your history. My goal is to build a creative and supportive space for us to explore the complexity of your experiences and cultivate your innate wisdom. Together we will work to deepen your self-awareness, presence, and a sense of empowerment in your life.
